Identify the material and stain, remove loose soil and test a permitted method on a discreet area.
02 / CARE
Use controlled moisture, protect seams and nearby mechanisms, and allow full drying before evaluating the result.
03 / KEEP SEPARATE
Do not saturate a cushion to chase a stain. An extraction machine still needs an appropriate product, technique and drying plan.
Colour transfers, a stain spreads, odour persists or the padding stays wet.
